Grown in biodiverse organic orchards in Sri Lanka, Cha’s Organics young jackfruit is processed in small batches and packed in a brine of purified water, organic coconut vinegar and sea salt using BPA-free cans.
Since this is raw jackfruit that has not been previously processed, we recommend boiling for 20-30 mins to obtain your desired softness.
